Responsible for Inhouse Heat Treatment (SQF) & Induction Hardening (IH), Phosphating, Laser Welding & Incoming Powertrain parts inspection Quality Parameters.  Responsible for Powertrain parts Initial development, PPAP stage Metallurgical parameters confirmation  Field failures & Inhouse Powertrain parts rejection Metallurgical Analysis  Responsible and supporting R& D in New product Development in Metallurgical Aspects.  Supporting for Setting of Laser Structure and IH New Parts Development & Improvement in Metallurgical Aspects.  Supporting Supplier technical Assistance in Suppliers Product Development & Improvement in Metallurgical Aspects.  Handling more than 50 Incoming parts Metallurgical parameters testing like gears, shafts, fork, engine block, engine head crankshaft, camshaft etc. comprises of both ferrous and non-ferrous (Products Manufacturing process like Carbonitriding, Forging, Casting, Sintering etc.)  Performing process line & IATF Audits for Heat Treatment, Welding and Other manufacturing Gear Process and Assembly.  Responsible for Lab Equipment Calibrations.  Conducts and documents results of process trials to improve productivity and/or quality.  Supporting Supplier With RM Queries & Other Metallurgical Parameters.
