Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, engaging with high-value clients, and driving business growth through both in-person meetings and proactive outreach activities, including cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet with high-value/royal clients in person to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain client data and activity reports accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development / client servicing / sales.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling.
  • Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹550,000.00 per year
