Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QC (Quality Control) Manager, located in Kottayam. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring product standards are met, and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. The QC Manager will conduct regular inspections, manage quality control staff, coordinate with production teams, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality control and assurance skills, including experience with inspections and compliance
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kottayam
