Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automated Test Frameworks ServiceNow professional, based in Hyderabad with an option for partial remote work. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, managing test activities, and ensuring quality assurance for ServiceNow applications. Day-to-day tasks include defining and implementing test frameworks, overseeing test execution, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and functionality align with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Test Management and planning processes.
  • Skilled in Test Execution and Testing activities, including functional and non-functional tests.
  • Experienced in creating and implementing effective Test Strategies aligned with project requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Quality Assurance practices to detect and resolve issues effectively before deployment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Background in programming or scripting for automating test cases is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
