Job Descriptions:-

*A. Accounts & Finance Audit

* Conduct audits of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Verify accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Review TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Check compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and internal policies.
• Audit banking transactions, LC settlements, forex dealings, and PCFC/ EPC loan utilization.
• Review adequacy of internal controls in budgeting, costing, and MIS reporting.

B. Export Operations Audit

• Verify export documentation: invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading, shipping bills, LC documents, etc.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, Customs, GST, and Export Promotion Schemes (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.).
• Audit realization of export proceeds within statutory timelines.
• Review costing, pricing, and profitability of export orders.
• Check forex gain/loss reporting and hedging practices.
• Audit logistics, freight forwarding, insurance, CHA operations, and duty claim processes.

Risk Management & Controls

• Identify financial and operational risks across accounts and export departments.
• Assess adequacy of internal control systems; recommend improvements.
• Evaluate contract terms, customer credit risks, and vendor payment controls.
• Conduct surprise audits and fraud detection reviews.
• Min 2 years of experience in auditing/ accounting in CA Firm/Consultant firm etc.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, and forex transactions.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP related to accounting and finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
