About The Role
You will work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that track operational metrics. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency and scale business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load data ensuring accuracy for reporting
  • Develop, update, and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics
  • Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders on schedule
  • Oversee reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency, driving continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with CX leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges
  • Use metrics to influence business decisions and improve customer support quality
  • Work in PST time zone (night shift IST)

Requirements

  • Passion for Coinbase's mission and customer experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an analyst role (operations, finance, business analytics, etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills (4+ years) and data modeling expertise
  • Python experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer experience or revenue operations preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills across different teams and levels
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
  • Ability to quantify qualitative work and summarize findings clearly
  • Project management skills
