Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement through process audits and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
  • Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to achieve audit objectives efficiently.
  • Provide training on auditing techniques to team members as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Internal Audit or related field (Banking/BFSI).
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., SOX).
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
