A Workday Reporting Consultantwith 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintainingreports and dashboards within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate willhave a strong grasp of Workday's reporting tools and data structures.Skills and Qualification3 to 5 years of experience as Workday reporting consultant.Worked on both HCM and FINs modules with BIRT knowledge.Must have worked on End -to -end implementation Workday projects and hands -on experience in the deployment process.Active Workday certification is desired.Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.In -depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.Good problem -solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.Ability to multi -task and prioritize time effectively.LocationAcross IndiaAbout EZE Cloud ConsultingEZE Cloud Consulting is an official Workday Services andSales Partner helping customers elevate their adoption and success with WorkdayHCM, Workday FINS, and related modules.
