Role Description
Responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, including estimation, budgeting, measurements, and billing. Ensures project costs are optimized while maintaining quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Prepare subcontractor bills and verify site measurements.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost variances.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Support billing and cost control teams for project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Applications from other domains will not be considered.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field.
