In this role, you will develop mission-critical features, including COBRA administration experiences, an industry-leading ACA filing and reporting system, and more. Our charter continues to expand across the benefits landscape, even on a global scale.

• Lead and Innovate: Design and develop high-quality enterprise-grade software products, managing the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure excellent outcomes, as well as incorporating AI/LLM where applicable, safely.
• Engage in Complex Challenges: Work across diverse technical domains, including API design, event modeling, data modeling, data importing and transmission.
• Technical Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of development - from technical discovery and architecture design to implementation, rollout and support.
• Collaborate and Drive Impact: Facilitate cross-team collaborations, effectively integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive the successful execution and delivery of solutions.

• Proven Experience: You have 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful and reliable user-facing products from end to end, preferably with Python, Django, Go, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS.
• Pragmatic and business-oriented: You care about business impact and prioritize projects accordingly. Youre not just going after cool stuffyou understand the balance between craft, speed and the bottom line.
• Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating agility and resilience in the face of change.
• Clear Communication: You have excellent skills in communicating complex technical ideas with clarity and precision, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
