Skinroots is a rapidly growing dermatology and aesthetic brand offering advanced skin, hair, and laser treatments. We're expanding our footprint across India and are looking for a passionate Counsellor for our Raipur branch who can guide clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Role Overview

The Counsellor will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the clinic or inquiring online. Your role involves understanding client concerns, explaining suitable skin/hair treatments, and helping them make informed decisions. Candidates from academic counselling, customer relationship, or healthcare counselling backgrounds are welcome to apply—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel walk-in and online clients about available dermatology, hair, and laser treatments.
  • Understand client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions in consultation with doctors.
  • Maintain client records and ensure a smooth pre- and post-treatment experience.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments and appointments into treatments (conversion counselling).
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a daily tracking sheet.
  • Coordinate between clients and the clinical team for seamless operations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (counselling, psychology, marketing, or healthcare preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer interaction roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling client queries and presenting treatment options.
  • Presentable, positive attitude, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
