Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Full Stack Engineer. We are looking for a strong
MERN Stack Engineer
who can build scalable, high-performance web applications using
React, , , MongoDB, MySQL
and real-time technologies like
Socket.IO and WebRTC
. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
Microservices Architecture
and can work end-to-end across frontend and backend.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end applications while ensuring they work seamlessly together. Responsibilities include writing clean, modular code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining application performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The candidate will also be involved in implementing best practices for software development and ensuring the scalability and security of applications.

Qualifications

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    web applications
    using
    React, , , MongoDB, and MySQL
    .
  • Build
    real-time features
    (chat, notifications, live updates, etc.) using
    Socket Programming (Socket.IO or similar)
    .
  • Implement
    audio/video calling, screen sharing, and real-time media communication
    using
    WebRTC
    .
  • Design and implement
    RESTful / GraphQL APIs
    and integrate them with frontend applications.
  • Work with
    Microservice Architecture
    – designing, developing, and integrating multiple services.
  • Write
    clean, reusable, testable code
    following best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Optimize applications for
    performance, scalability, and reliability
    .
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    , technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues.
