Treasury Analyst

Purpose of the Role :

This role reports to the Treasury Back Office Team Leader and forms a vital part of the provision of payment processing, customer cash allocation and reconciliation services for a selection of Keyloop entities. 

• Download bank statements, check and reconcile bank balances to the ERP on a daily basis, verify transactions and monitor the movements within the cash pool
•  Timely and accurate allocation of all customer cash receipts and making every effort to minimize unapplied cash with close cooperation with the Collections Team
• Ensure that all receipt records are properly documented/tagged and supported with corresponding documentation in the system
• Processing of all payments: AP payments via Host to Host connection/file upload with ERP, manual payments via the online Bank Portals and any ad hoc payment requests from other sources as they arise.
• Processing SEPA/other direct debit collection files via ERP
• Matching invoices with credit notes based on requests from Collection Team
• Process write-offs of uncollectable or small items following the write off policy
•   Produce monthly Balance sheet Reconciliations for Bank Accounts, suspense accounts and assist in the AR reconciliation process when required adhering to Group procedures and controls
•  Assist Team Lead in continuous improvement projects as they arise
• Participate on ERP testing where necessary
• Participate in calls with Treasurer and other related ad hoc meetings
• Support other Treasury Back Office Team members in times of absences to cover other entities as required

• Knowledge of accounting principles and exposure to online Banking Platforms.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
• Good communication skills
• A working knowledge of Navision or NetSuite is an advantage.
• Proficient in English language – spoken and written, any other language is beneficial.
