About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, hands-on coding expertise, and leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong .NET skills combined with cloud-based data integration and transformation experience in Azure Data Factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Work extensively with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows across diverse data sources.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application and data solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and drive best practices in development.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in both applications and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API).
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), pipelines, triggers, linked services, and integration runtimes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
  • Experience in Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Functions.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams.
