FIELD MANAGER (Lucknow (UP) and Hyderabad (AP/T)
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
Minimum Experience: 8+ Years' of experience
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading field operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the supervisor,
DSR/FS teams, and retailers. The role involves driving market execution, managing data and reporting,
addressing operational gaps, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely achievement of
business objectives and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Connect with all team members & set context for the day.
Take note of DSR/FS absenteeism & vacant positions.
Meet DSR/FS with structured schedules & conduct surprise visits.
Address retailer outlet issues and ensure timely resolution.
Visit low throughput outlets and identify growth potential.
Audit running schemes and offers.
Explore market, generate leads, and drive new enrollments.
Collect competitor intelligence (network details, retailer payouts, etc.).
Monitor Target vs. Achievement (DSR/FS performance matrix).
Conduct performance analysis of DSR/FS.
Track vacancy updates and initiate action.
Study market scenarios and create action plans with retailers.
Conduct market research and provide insights.
Ensure delivery against operational KPIs and targets.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvements.
Oversee daily routes, ensuring process adherence and timely deliveries.
Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
Track inventory and align sales team performance accordingly.

FIELD SUPERVISOR
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
Minimum Experience: 2+ Years' of experience in Lubricant/Paints/ Battery/Auto Spare parts in supervisory role.
Job Summary:
The role is accountable for many critical day-to-day operations in market in accordance with overall company policy. Apart from this, the role also demands analysis, planning and being proactive in approach
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Planning route & street level visit for DSR, Charting out optimized route for DSR
• Recruitment & Fill Rate Adherence
• Induction & On Boarding of DSR
• Team Management & driving discipline
• Market Working as per plan with DSR and Joint calls with Client Ops team
• Identifying gaps and sharing consolidated report with Smollan Project Team
• Drive secondary sales and demand generation initiatives to enhance market reach and revenue growth.
• Ensure adherence to organizational technology platforms, tools, and processes for seamless execution and reporting.
Team handling:
• Handholding of DSR
• Resolving grievances & Relationship Building of Extended Networks
• leave management & issues handling
• PJP adherence, ensuring right set of Retailers are visited on time
• Identification of buddy DSR
• Regular analysis of TEAM KPI's and its review, feedback & correction actions
• Work with bottom and red category DSR to improve their performance
Training & Onboarding:
• Identifying the training needs & coach DSR & accordingly
• Conducting On the Job Training
• Sessions on Smollan & Client Values
• Ensure 2-3 days training to new DSR along with buddy DSR
• Gets market contact as per the contact strategy
• Liaison with Client team for the resolution of and efficiency parameter related issue
• Report all the violations, accident and absconding case immediately to the reporting line manager
Marking Working:
• Ensure DSR/FS joins along with android base handset and motorbike
• Market working with new Joiners for Smooth Onboarding
• Agreed number of days on field in a month to support the team in achieving the KPIs
• Attend Sales review
• Coordinate with Client & Smollan FM for cascade of monthly allied activities
• Visit market as per the PJP
• Visit Select Retailers with DSR to gather insights and implement best practices
• Visit Stores/Outlets with issues for resolution
