Required Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years' experience in developing insurance solution using Majesco ICD-ICM framework
  • Experience working on Majesco's Base/Implementation product development and delivery using ICD.
  • Overall experience in analysing, understanding, developing and deploying the insurance solution.
  • Proven experience in ticketing process, business rule within ICM.
  • Good at SQL - Designing database tables and structures, writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Good understanding of POM, UI designer, YAWL/workflow design.
  • Hands on experience in UI designer with object registration, UI Actions, relations and field mapping.
  • Ability to debug the application using UI logger and ICD logger.
  • Having knowledge in application upgrade activity.
  • Addressing the defects and Change requests and working closely with testing team and implementing the requirements.
  • Having good understanding of Insurance concepts and work streams - P&C Billing, Claims, Policy.
  • Preferably worked on Agile SDLC delivery model.
  • Able to coordinate with the offshore team members and be responsible for the deliverables
  • Should have good communication skills and good analytical skills.
  • ICD/ICM Certified Majesco Developers
  • Java/J2EE experience
  • Must have Policy Admin experience, policy admin with Dev Studio or Custom Policy Implementation experience is an added advantage.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
