About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Closing Manager to manage high-value transactions in our luxury residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in building trust with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and discerning homebuyers, guiding them seamlessly from inquiry to final closure. This role is pivotal in ensuring a premium buying experience that reflects the exclusivity of our developments.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Sales Closure & Negotiation*
Drive end-to-end sales closure for luxury residential projects, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
Manage client interactions from site visits to deal structuring, addressing objections with confidence and finesse.
Lead negotiations on pricing, payment plans, and terms while safeguarding company interests.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely completion of agreements.
*Client Relationship Management*
Build long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and institutional buyers.
Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-style sales experience that aligns with luxury brand positioning.
Maintain a robust post-booking engagement process to minimize cancellations and strengthen referrals.
*Market Intelligence & Networking*
Leverage existing networks of brokers, wealth managers, and private bankers to generate qualified leads.
Stay updated on competitor launches, luxury lifestyle trends, and buyer expectations in Mumbais premium residential market.
Represent the company at exclusive events, exhibitions, and private showcases.
*Team Collaboration*
Partner with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on buyer preferences and sales barriers.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/MBA with 612 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
Proven track record of closing high-ticket transactions (5 Cr+).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal structuring skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with HNIs/UHNIs confidently.
Deep understanding of Mumbais luxury real estate market and clientele.
Professional demeanor, high integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
