About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) Developer to design,

develop, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have

strong expertise in SAP BOBJ tools, data modeling, and reporting with hands-on

experience in integrating with SAP BW/HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy reports, dashboards, and universes using SAP

BusinessObjects (BOBJ) suite (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Lumira, Design

Studio, etc.).

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical reporting solutions.

  • Develop and maintain universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) / Universe

Design Tool (UDT).

  • Optimize report performance and troubleshooting issues related to data, security,

and performance.

  • Integrate BOBJ with SAP BW, HANA, and other data sources.

  • Ensure proper report scheduling, distribution, and access control.

  • Support end-users with ad-hoc reporting needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, SAP Basis, and

business analysts).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP BOBJ Developer.

  • Strong expertise in BOBJ tools: Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports,

Dashboards, Lumira, Analysis for Office.

  • Experience in creating universes (IDT/UDT) and connecting with SAP BW/HANA.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.

  • Experience with report performance tuning and optimization.

  • Good understanding of SAP BW queries, data sources, and integration with BOBJ.

  • Familiarity with user security and role management in BOBJ.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

  • Exposure to ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

  • Knowledge of Power BI

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • SAP certifications in BOBJ / BW / HANA (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
