Profile Requirements:

1) Qualification- MBA HR

2) Profile- HR Generalist

3) Department- HR

4) Experience- Retired HR (Who can draft D&R of all departments)

• Discuss current staff duties and responsibilities with HODs
• Understand KRA of staffs
• Draft D&R for all and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening, calls etc.)
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
