Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Land Acquisition: Identify and assess potential land sites for solar and wind projects.
Negotiate lease agreements and land purchases in compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
 Government Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the company and
government offices at local, state, and national levels. Ensure all permits and
approvals are secured timely.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with landowners,
community leaders, and local stakeholders to foster goodwill and address concerns
related to land use. Internal Stakeholders management.
 Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about land-related regulations, policies, and
best practices in the renewable energy sector. Ensure compliance with
environmental and zoning laws.
 Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve land-related issues and concerns, acting as
a mediator between the company and affected parties.
 Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of land agreements,
permits, and correspondence with government bodies. Prepare reports and
documentation as needed.
 Community Outreach: Conduct outreach programs to inform local communities
about project benefits, address concerns, and promote transparency.
