Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM Platinum Consultant to join our SAP Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with strong end-to-end implementation, solution design, and integration experience. This role involves driving digital warehouse transformation initiatives, leading project teams, and delivering high-performance SAP EWM solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead and deliver full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

•    Conduct detailed business process analysis and translate warehouse management requirements into SAP EWM design and configuration.

•    Design and implement complex warehouse processes including inbound/outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, storage control, labor management, and wave management.

•    Manage integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP) and external systems such as WMS, automation, and robotics solutions.

•    Oversee development activities (RF screens, enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports) and collaborate with ABAP and integration teams.

•    Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

•    Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

•    Optimize warehouse operations through system performance tuning and process automation.

•    Support clients during UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization phases.

•    Stay current on SAP S/4HANA EWM innovations and recommend strategic improvements to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

•    10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience with at least 7+ years in SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).

•    Strong expertise in EWM configuration, RF Framework, Material Flow System (MFS), and Warehouse Process Types.

•    In-depth knowledge of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and cross-docking processes.

•    Experience in EWM integration with TM, MM, SD, PP, and automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, pick-by-voice, etc.).

•    Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA EWM architecture and deployment options.

•    Hands-on experience with EWM enhancements, BADI implementations, and performance tuning.

•    Ability to lead design workshops and work directly with business stakeholders.

•    Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

•    Experience in mentoring junior consultants and leading offshore/onshore project teams.

•    SAP EWM Certification preferred.

•    Experience in Agile/Hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
