Job Title: Junior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote / [Specify Location if applicable]

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with strong development and administration skills. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, resolving production issues, and supporting enhancements and feature development on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production queries efficiently.
  • Develop enhancements, implement new features, and perform bug fixes.
  • Perform production data updates and maintenance tasks.
  • Configure and generate reports in the Salesforce production environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, users, and internal teams.
  • Work independently during US daytime hours (starting at ~5:30 / 6 PM IST).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to production support and data management in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with US business hours work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹121,593.78 per month
