Job Title: Accountant

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Tally ERP and basic knowledge of GST, bank

reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the personal accounts of Proprietor & his family till Finalisation & assisting the Senior

Accountant into Company Accounts

Maintain books of accounts including purchase register, sales register, cash and bank books, and journals.

Record day-to-day accounting transactions such as purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and vouchers in

Tally.

Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and manage E-Way bills.

Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis and manage banking activities (cheques,

RTGS/NEFT).

Assist in GST filings (GSTR1 & GSTR3B).

Maintain petty cash, staff expense records, and attendance.

Follow up on receivables and account settlements.

Support auditors by providing required information and resolving queries.

Generate basic MIS reports for management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and basic Excel skills.

Understanding of GST and bank reconciliation.

Honest, detail-oriented, and reliable with good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
