Job Title: Senior Creative Designer - Modular and Custom Interior Design

Job Summary:

The Senior Creative Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering outstanding modular interior designs. This role requires deep expertise in modular design principles, strong client interaction skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. The individual will be responsible for managing design projects from ideation to client closure, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and development of innovative, modular interior design concepts tailored to client requirements.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of modular design systems, materials, and manufacturing constraints.

  • Interact regularly and effectively with clients to understand their vision, budgets, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections persuasively to clients.

  • Adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining project scope and timeline.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Facilitate client meetings, negotiations, and handle objections professionally to move projects toward closure.

  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions and encourage collaborative design approaches within the team.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials in modular interiors.

  • Mentor junior designers and oversee their work to maintain high-quality deliverables.

  • Ensure all design documentation, specifications, and presentations adhere to company and client standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 4 years focused on modular and customized interiors.

  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.

  • Excellent understanding of modular and custom design manufacturing processes, materials, and installation techniques.

  • Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion, including client closures.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and inspire creative solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Capacity to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Negotiation skills and commercial acumen to support business growth through design solutions.
