Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead SAP FICO implementation, roll-out, and upgrade projects.
  • Configure FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger).
  • Configure CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
  • Perform integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation.

Support & Enhancements

  • Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve system issues.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP FICO.
  • Implement change requests and enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) for new developments and changes.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure system compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
  • Support audit requirements and financial reporting.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and forms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
  • Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP.
  • Experience in S/4HANA Finance migration and Universal Journal (preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of finance & controlling business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects and working with technical teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a global support environment.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
