Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the High rise Residential/ Commercial building . The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BBS, RCC, Finishing, Rate analysis ,project budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and overall cost control for residential and commercial projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of ongoing and upcoming developments.

Qualifications

  • BE/ME Civil
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in managing billing systems
  • Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in project management consultancy is a plus
