IT Support Trainee (Basic Excel Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive to support daily operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess basic Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable handling routine data entry, document preparation, and simple reporting tasks. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a foundation in office administration or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • Prepare simple reports using Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE).
  • Maintain and organize digital records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, or meeting notes as needed.
  • Respond to emails and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
