About the job
: We're looking for a full-time graphic designer passionate about design, performance, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, branding, and advertising, translating ideas into visually appealing and sales-driving visuals. Strong understanding of brand identity and creating impactful designs for social media, ads, packaging, and campaigns is essential.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design website visuals- including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and landing page creatives that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital ads.
- Work closely with content, product, and performance marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful design outputs.
- Design visually compelling creatives for social media (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousels) tailored to campaign objectives and platform requirements.
Skill(s) :
Adobe after effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe photoshop lightroom cc
Qualifications/Eligibility:
Minimum 1 years of experience. Candidates with a base degree in design would have an added advantage.
Other requirements
1.
Tools
: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics is a plus.
2.
Portfolio
: A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first designs, especially for Instagram, websites, or e-commerce.
3.
Design fundamentals
: Solid understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Salary Annual CTC
: ₹ 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
