About Us:

We are a fast-growing creative and branding agency helping businesses build impactful brands through strategy, design, and digital presence. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content while driving growth across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for clients and in-house brands.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns) in line with brand goals.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track analytics, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Coordinate with the creative team (designers, video editors, copywriters).
  • Build strong online communities and engage with followers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in an agency environment).
  • Strong understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads – plus point).
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts at once.
