Job Description

Cognecy is looking for an experienced
Application Consultant – ServiceNow (AIOps)
to implement and support advanced IT operations solutions. The candidate will be responsible for deploying ServiceNow AIOps capabilities and integrating monitoring systems to enhance IT visibility, reduce noise, and enable proactive incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure
    ServiceNow
    AIOps modules
    , including:
  • Event Management
  • Health Log Analytics
  • Predictive AIOps
  • Operational Intelligence
  • Integrate monitoring tools
    (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.) with
    Event Management
    and the
    CMDB
    .
  • Design and implement event correlation strategies
    using
    ML-based algorithms
    to reduce alert noise and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop service maps and dependency models
    to provide contextual awareness of infrastructure and application events.
  • Enable Predictive Intelligence
    for:
  • Anomaly detection
  • Trend forecasting
  • Automated remediation workflows
  • Create automation and orchestration flows
    using
    Flow Designer
    and
    Orchestration
    modules to enable
    self-healing capabilities
    .

Required Skills:

  • Minimum
    3 years of relevant experience
    with
    ServiceNow AIOps
    implementation and configuration
  • Strong understanding of
    Event Management
    and
    Operational Intelligence
  • Experience with
    integration of monitoring tools
    and CMDB
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    Flow Designer
    ,
    Orchestration
    , and automation best practices
  • Familiarity with
    ML-based event correlation
    and
    predictive analytics
    in ITOM
  • Good understanding of
    service mapping
    ,
    ITSM
    , and
    incident response workflows
