Direct Responsibilities

5+ years hands on Expertise in AWD Core Development covering the topics of Interfaces with AWD, Web Services, AWD frontend javascript, AWD MI Analytics Reporting Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.Compile user stories and requirements via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis.Design and develop Workflow solutions using vendor product AWD according to BPMN and group standards, and ensure that solutions developed are consistent with the agreed HSS workflow strategy.Implement the workflow solutions and rollouts over the full delivery life cycle, ensure a high quality of deliverables and prepare documents for compliance as well as audit checking.Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or test process.Arrange user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables, and support business to complete user functional testing.Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing workflow solutions Essential Experience (in order of importance).1-2 years' working experience in software design, development and testing in a global environment is an advantage 10. Working experience with the vendor product "BusinessOptix" & "ActiveOps" is an advantage.
