Role Description

We are seeking a 
highly capable and results-driven Civil Site Engineer
 with a proven track record of successfully executing 
residential construction projects
. The ideal candidate brings over 3 years of solid hands-on experience managing site operations, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality residential developments—on time and to specification.

As a core member of our project execution team, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring construction quality, safety, and efficiency across every phase of the build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day site execution activities for residential projects, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Review and implement structural, architectural, and MEP drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of civil and finishing works (RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, etc.).
  • Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and proactively address issues to maintain construction excellence.
  • Track project progress and provide clear, actionable reports to senior project managers.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs, measurement sheets, labor deployment records, and material tracking.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free working environment.
  • Liaise confidently with architects, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution.
  • Resolve site-level challenges swiftly and effectively, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction (villas, apartments, row housing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of modern construction techniques, structural systems, and finishing standards.
  • Excellent reading and interpretation skills of construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project monitoring tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and site management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and ability to work under tight timelines.
