Position: Production Planning & Factory Supervisor

Location: Manpada, Near R-Mall, Thane

Gender Preference: Male

Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical preferred)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on responsibility-taking ability)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and schedule daily production activities for both conventional and VMC machines.

  2. Arrange and order raw materials as per production and purchase order requirements.

  3. Cross-verify materials before sending to outsourced (Tier 2) vendors for processing.

  4. Prepare machine loading plans and ensure job work execution as per schedule.

  5. Coordinate outdoor work and dispatch planning one day/week in advance.

  6. Supervise factory operations and support production teams in daily tasks.

  7. Conduct pre-inspections before hardening, surface treatment, or critical processes to avoid rework.

  8. Manage production progress tracking, inter-department communication (Planning, QC, Dispatch), and ensure smooth workflow.

  9. Handle dispatch coordination weekly and ensure deliveries as per plan.

  10. Oversee manpower allocation, shop-floor discipline, and machine utilization effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of production processes and machine operations (VMC, drilling, fitting, etc.).

  2. Knowledge of manufacturing planning, scheduling, and job tracking.

  3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  4. Good coordination and communication skills with multiple departments.

  5. Excellent time management and leadership skills for factory supervision.

  6. Hands-on approach with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
