Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Snowmobile Racer located in Pune. The Snowmobile Racer will be responsible for participating in competitive racing events, maintaining peak physical fitness, and practicing regularly to improve performance. Additional responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, ensuring the proper maintenance of snowmobiles, collaborating with the support team, and representing the organization at events and with sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proven riding skills, experience in professional or amateur racing, and thorough knowledge of snowmobiling techniques.
• Proficiency in maintenance and basic troubleshooting of snowmobile equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Strong physical endurance and agility to meet the demands of high-intensity racing.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively work with the support team and sponsors.
• Commitment to safety standards and awareness of the rules and regulations of snowmobile races.
• Familiarity with race strategies and ability to adapt to changing track and weather conditions.
• Previous racing experience, relevant certifications, or specialized training in snowmobile operations is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required are essential.
