Job Responsibilities

  • Managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Coordinating with specialists for complex cases or when specialized care is required.
  • Health Promotion and Disease Prevention:
  • Providing vaccinations and preventive care.
  • Offering counseling on diet, exercise, and healthy habits.
  • Educating patients about disease prevention and management.
  • Emergency Care:
  • Handling acute medical situations and providing first-line emergency care.
  • Making decisions about referrals to emergency services or specialists.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and patient interactions.
  • Patient Communication:
  • Explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients and their families.
  • Addressing patient concerns and answering questions.
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Managing appointments and patient flow.
  • Handling insurance paperwork and other administrative tasks.
  • Professional Development:
  • Keeping up with medical research and advances.
  • Participating in continuing education and training.
  • Adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
  • Collaboration:
