Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor located in Latur. The On-Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per plans and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Other responsibilities include coordinating with labor teams and contractors, monitoring project progress, and preparing daily reports. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of RCC structures, site coordination, and construction project execution
• Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, monitoring timelines, and resource management
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining project documentation
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field
• Prior experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant construction tools, techniques, and materials
