Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff training, and maintaining service standards. Additional duties include budget management and cost control to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Experience in Customer Service and staff Training
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
