Role Description

This is an on-site apprentice role located in Siliguri. The apprentice will assist various departments with day-to-day operations, support management in administrative tasks, and learn about the life insurance industry. Responsibilities include data entry, customer service, coordinating with different teams, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of life insurance industry practices
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant vocational training
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
