About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident
Telemarketing Executive
to join our Wonderchef team. The role involves reaching out to customers, promoting our products/services, and maintaining accurate call records.

Location:
Wonderchef Home Appliances – Head Office, Powai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Promote Wonderchef's products and generate customer interest.
  • Maintain and update call logs, lead details, and customer records.
  • Follow up on warm leads and ensure proper conversions.
  • Provide accurate information about products and offers.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality communication during calls.

Requirements:

  • 0.6 – 2 years of experience in
    telemarketing / telesales / customer calling
    (preferred).
  • Good English & Hindi communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry).
  • Confident, polite, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Monday – Friday:
    Work from Office (Powai)
  • 1st Saturday:
    Work from Home
  • Last Saturday:
    Work from Office
  • Other Saturdays & Sundays:
    Off
