About The Team & Role
We're looking for a motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while contributing to building high-performing teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Source high-quality candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for open roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and help close recruitment loops.
  • Ensure an engaging and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage applications efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) from initial screening to offer stage.
  • Support HR data analysis and prepare recruitment reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on new challenges.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
