Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Efficient managing and organizing of store inventories.
  • Coordinate with the backend team to manage stock, procure and organize inventories as per sales trends Must be thorough in Logistics / Stores process & documents
  • Receiving, storing and issuing of materials required for smooth production and other support functions.
  • Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day)
  • Proper Storage and preservation of the material
  • Issues Material - physical and system
  • Co-ordinates with other functions.
  • Prepares list of non-moving, slow-moving, near to expire items.
  • Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports.
  • Send documents to accounts for making payments.
  • Ensure safe handling of materials.
  • Solid skills to document information in a legible manner and communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
