The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new markets, engaging with travel partners, understanding customer segments, and driving brand visibility. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and on-ground marketing activities that support sales growth and strengthen the company's presence in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, potential travel partners, and untapped customer segments.
  • Conduct field visits to travel agencies, corporates, and tourism partners to build strong business relationships.
  • Understand current customer profiles and analyze customer behavior, preferences, and travel patterns.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate emerging trends, demand patterns, and destination popularity.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and service offerings.
  • Execute field marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
  • 7Support the sales team with materials, travel packages, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain records of field visits, client interactions, market insights, and campaign outcomes.
  • Submit weekly and monthly activity reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel extensively.
  • Good understanding of travel packages, customer segments, and market trends.
  • Problem-solving attitude with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
