Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: opp Param green bungalows , Kolat Sanand, ahmedabad

Experience Required:


• Minimum 2-5 years in real estate sales, particularly in residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential projects.


• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure a steady sales pipeline.


• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.


• Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.


• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company objectives.


• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing:


• Utilize digital marketing techniques to generate leads and promote properties.


• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract potential buyers.


• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility of properties.


• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:


• Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on residential projects.


• Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media marketing tools and techniques.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Location Preferences:
