We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, compliance support, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
  • Support joining formalities and induction process

HR Administration

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, NOCs
  • Maintain employee files (soft copy & hard copy)
  • Assist in statutory compliance follow-ups

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate HR activities, events, and celebrations
  • Assist employees with HR queries and basic grievance support

Exit Process

  • Assist in clearance, asset collection, and full & final documentation

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, BBA/MBA (HR preferred)
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
