Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, strengths, and challenges.
  2. Provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and career pathways based on individual needs and interests.
  3. Own the centre admission target and work towards fulfilling it under the guidance of the Centre Incharge.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress, counseling sessions, and achievements.
  5. Maintain updated records in CRM system.
  6. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the University.
