Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
.NET Lead
to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
.NET Core
,
Angular
,
ReactJS
, and
AWS
, with proven leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in software development.
  • Strong expertise in
    .NET Core
    and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Angular
    and
    ReactJS
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AWS services
    (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
