Job responsibilities

· Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Developing and managing paid acquisition campaigns, including PPC, social, display, and affiliate marketing.

· Data Analysis & Optimization:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to identify trends and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

· Media Planning & Budgeting:

Planning campaigns, targeting audiences effectively, and allocating marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

· Collaboration:

Working with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and ensuring campaigns align with overall business goals.

· Reporting:

Communicating campaign performance, insights, and acquisition goals to leadership.

Essential Skills & Qualities

· Analytical Skills:

The ability to interpret complex campaign data to derive actionable insights.

· Creativity:

Essential for developing compelling ad copy and innovative campaign strategies.

· Technical Expertise:

A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.

· Strategic Thinking:

The capacity to develop and implement data-informed strategies that support business objectives.

· Adaptability:

Staying updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and evolving theories for continuous improvement.

· Strategy Development:

Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing goals.

· Account Management:

Manage daily operations across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.

· Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed about the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant.

· Campaign Management:

Develop, launch, and manage social media campaigns to promote the brand, products, or services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
