What You'll Drive

As a Retail Associate at CARS24, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience. You will:

  • Drive customer engagement: Help customers find the right car that suits their needs, budget, and preferences either online or in our retail hub.
  • Drive operational excellence: Ensure smooth test drives, vehicle inspections, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Drive trust and transparency: Educate customers about our offerings, finance options, warranty, insurance, and after-sales services.
  • Drive results: Work with sales targets, performance metrics, and conversion goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in or online customers in selecting vehicles.
  • Organize and conduct test drives and vehicle walkthroughs.
  • Maintain vehicle display and assist in vehicle stock management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, financing, and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in retail, automotive sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.
