We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Power BI to join our team at KPI Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team, drive analytical solutions, and deliver high-quality insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective Power BI visualizations.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power BI and business intelligence.

- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading Power BI projects and teams.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.

- Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
