Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Social Media Director. The Social Media Director will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing content across platforms, strategizing for effective public engagement, and analyzing campaign performance. The role also involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and keeping up-to-date with trends in the digital and social media landscape.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in creating and implementing impactful Content Strategies.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and improve campaign results.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and data protection in the digital space is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
